Robert Santoni: "Singing Makes Me Feel Young Again."

One conversation with Robert and you can tell he’s a performer. As he sits down for a chat, the crooner triumphantly breaks into his own rendition of La Marseillaise. It’s evident he lives to entertain – and he does it well. After a successful career professionally singing the Vegas circuits, Robert still knows how to wow a crowd. Though the venues look much different these days, trading Vegas stages for the cozy living spaces and lively social events at his Brookdale community, Robert rarely passes up an opportunity to share his love for performing with fellow residents and visitors. But he doesn’t do it for the fanfare or the accolades. For Robert, singing is his fountain of youth. “[It] makes me feel good that I can still do it. ‘Cause I sing a song that I sang 30 years ago, and I feel young again,” he says with a smile and a twinkle in his eye. And that’s what we call, amore!
