Activities

Each day at Brookdale Harbor Bay brings a new list of indoor and outdoor activities. Fitness classes, balloon art, salon visits, garden club, and live music—each of these are indicative of the kind of activities our residents enjoy. Our residents also enjoy chair yoga, baking, watercolor painting and trivia games. And because we also provide each resident with a peer group of other seniors in a similar place on their journey, your loved one will always have someone to share their days with.

Dining

Our dining program includes everything from dementia-friendly menus and nutritious meals to personalized dining assistance for those who need a little help during mealtimes. Residents typically sit down to eat at the same time and in the same seat to avoid unnecessary stress and confusion and to promote independence. We also support your family member’s interest in food by enhancing the dining experience with music, warm and scented hand towels and fresh linens.
