The Brookdale HealthPlus Registered Nurse (RN) Care Managers offer clinical oversight for your care plans, facilitating communication and coordination of care between Brookdale, you and your physicians. With everyone on the same page, you can get the quality care you deserve.
Our assisted living services help seniors tackle things like medication management, daily living activities like bathing and dressing, and coordination with outside healthcare providers. Staff will also serve delicious meals in our elegant dining room.
